Cookie Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how POWER SERVERS uses cookies and similar technologies on power-servers.net. It covers this public website; separate service platforms may have their own notices. Contact POWER SERVERS.

2. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage is another way a website can remember information on your device. Some technologies support the site's operation or remember your choices; others can measure how a site is used. Google tags load on every visit. We ask permission before enabling analytics cookie storage; without consent, Google tags may send cookieless measurement signals.

3. Technologies used on this website

TechnologyPurpose and providerDuration / choice
powersrv_languageFirst-party local storage. Remembers the display language you select across pages and visits.Stored when you select a language, until replaced or cleared in your browser.
powersrv_themeFirst-party local storage. Remembers the light or dark theme you select across pages and visits.Stored when you change the theme, until replaced or you clear browser storage. Used only for your display preference.
powersrv_cookie_choice_v1First-party local storage. POWER SERVERS stores whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and the expiry of that choice.Valid for 180 days. An expired value may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared. Used only to remember your choice.
Cloudflare delivery and securityCloudflare delivers and protects this website. Security cookies may be set if a security feature or challenge requires them.Depends on the security feature invoked. These are separate from optional analytics.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-M25ZHMRK)Google's tag-loading service. Loaded on every page regardless of your cookie choice; this sends a request to Google that includes technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details.Google tags load regardless of consent; analytics storage defaults to denied. Google Analytics (G-3MTPKLNQXM) loads on every page.

Google Tag Manager is a tag manager, not itself a Google Analytics property. Google Analytics (G-3MTPKLNQXM) is installed directly and loads on every visit, using denied analytics storage until consent. Its _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and retain session information; their typical default duration is up to two years, subject to settings and browser limits. Before adding tags that introduce further cookies or purposes, we will update this policy and obtain any required consent. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are not enabled by this website's consent controls.

4. Your choices

Use Accept analytics to allow analytics cookie storage, or Reject optional to keep that storage denied. Google tags still load and may send cookieless signals in either case. Both choices leave the website available. You can reopen the banner at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We ask again when your saved preference expires or you clear browser storage. If storage is unavailable, your choice may apply only to the current page.

Withdrawing consent changes analytics storage to denied; it does not block Google tag requests. Our controls also attempt to remove common first-party Google Analytics cookies, if present. They cannot remove cookies belonging to another domain or erase data already sent. You can remove remaining cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable security measures needed to deliver the website.

5. Third-party processing

Cloudflare and Google may process connection and usage-related information using infrastructure outside your country. Their notices explain their processing and safeguards: Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Cloudflare cookie documentation and Google Privacy Policy.

6. Questions and changes

For questions or privacy requests, contact POWER SERVERS. We will revise this notice when our use of cookies changes and request fresh consent where necessary.
